#developtogether app for iPhone and iPad
#developtogether is a project created by ADVIT Moldova (www.voluntariat.md) and
funded within Erasmus+ Programme through European Education and Culture
Executive Agency.
This project aims to raise the professionalization of youth work by supporting youth
organizations to develop competencies, recognize, train, and validate the top skills of
NEETs (Not in Education, Employment or Training) that are most relevant for
employability and better social integration - on both national and European levels - are
the main objectives of the project.
The project develops actions toward the socio-professional development of youth
workers and trainers. Developing new forms of practical training schemes, new forms of
youth work, open educational resources, improving ICT potential and developing an
educative innovative pathway for boosting the employability potential of NEETs.

How #developtogether works?
With this learning diary, you will evaluate the development of the following
competencies.
· Multilingual competence,
· Personal, social, learning to learn competence,
· Citizenship competence,
· Entrepreneurship competence,
· Cultural awareness and expression competence,
· Digital competence,
· Mathematical competence and competence in science, technology and engineering,
· Literacy competence
We are providing a set of questions. Some of them should be answered before the
beginning of your educational activity, and some of them at the end. This is going to
help you to self-evaluate your competencies at the beginning and at the end to see
which of them you improved during this period. The results of both questionnaires, as
well as the final summary, will be provided to you by email. Please note, that
trainers/facilitators of the activity may have access to the same data.
